I AM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT! ISN'T THAT GREAT?? I AM SO F***ING HAPPY! The babies are kicking alot. Anyway, my friend Cody has given birth to a beautiful baby boy, named Josh. We have seen eachother almost everday. he comes to my work and hangs out with me during my brakes. And another thing is that my boss is gonna give me pregancy leave for a couple months! I am so happy!! And it seems everything I put on only last for like 2 days then they don't fit or they brake! I am like omg! So enjoy your day. I'll talk to you all soon!

Dear Diary,
The new job, is awsome, but the hours are wierd. But baby wise, they are growing big and strong!! I think they will become soccer players in the near future. Went to the doc and everything is going great! I am so happy. My belly & bellybutton are becoming very sensitive, as you can guess. And for you guys ( i am guessing here); you might be happy, but my moobs are growing too. And i don't know if i told you this but I am going to breast feed the babies! Anyone want to help name them? They are both girls (CUTE)! So if you guys want to help me, post a comment or yim me! Thanks!

Well I am 4 months pregnant with a baby girl! And boy is she growing! I can't belive it! My belly is already showing and my FAVORITE jeans are already hurting me!I am kinda sad! That is very interesting about "Pop Tarts". I guess 3 of them is a reasonable amount of calories for a small breakfast (for a gainer).
After looking at the "read" you added and what nutritionists have to say, I was thinking of the following:
Humans have existed for tens of thousands of years and eating mostly unhealthy food (by todays standards). And we very likely will continue to do so, unless we succeed in violently killing each other!
All along in nature everything has adjusted over the centuries and milleniums to whatever changes occurred, both in the short run and in the long run.
So, I am sure that gainers' bodies adjust to "unhealthy" food. Obviously gainers themselves get used to their extra body weight, another adjustment. All we have to do is look at all the fat people that live around us. I read that well over half of us are overweight (according to antiquated standards). It doesn't kill us off, the population increases including seniors.
So, Matt, enjoy your Pop Tarts. Those "% of daily value" don't apply to serious gainers, they would be totally unrealistic.

I think he is super smart and it's true what he says!
All though I no doctor or health nut, i think my body has grown used to the extra weight and "unhealthy food". I also go to the gym some times. Like I said time and time again, just cuz' i have a gut and am gettin fat I need to be healthy too! I need the muscle to carry my gut around too you know :)
And I wana say something! It's a idea right now, but how about we name my gut? lol so when i say:

It's practically fattening just thinking about it.

Deep fried butter is among eight creative food items by vendors at this year's State Fair of Texas in Dallas.

Fair officials say a Labor Day cookoff will determine the winner of the Big Tex Choice Awards.

Deep fried butter is served by Abel Gonzales and it can be ordered in several different flavors: sweet cream, cherry or garlic, KSBY-TV reported.

"It's like, 'Butter?' I mean, everybody is like, 'What? Ohhh!' That's usually the first reaction until they try it and then they see that it's not what they're thinking," Gonzales told the TV station. "I'm not actually taking a big chunk of butter and putting it in a fryer, that would be kinda gross."

Gonzales' stand also serves fried Coke, peanut butter, jelly and banana sandwiches and fried cookie dough.

Other offerings for the annual expo include green goblins, twisted yam on a stick, deep fried peaches and cream, fried pecan pie, country fried pork chops, sweet jalapeno corn dog shrimp and fried peanut butter cup macaroons.

The State Fair of Texas runs Sept. 25 through Oct. 18.

Need to be healthy too!

My belly is getting huge and I know you all love it. And I PROMISE to keep it growing! But I also need to be healthy, so after a huge meal I usally I go to.. DON'T BE SCARED! the GYM! I know OMG, well I work on my arms and then AFTER the GYM I go and get a LIGHT snack to keeep my gut.. and so i can stay strong and healthy!! hey guys. Just a quick update.. I am sorry if my last post hit the wrong note.. but anyway, my belly is growing quickly and i like it! Pepole have been calling me Fat.. and I got a new nickname.. it used to be Matty.. so what my friends & family have done is removed the M and Replaced it with F. Get it? Matty-M+F= FATTY :)... And I love it!

They drink too much and they're too fat to fight, that's the damning conclusion of German parliamentary reports into the country's 3,500 troops stationed in Afghanistan.

While British and U.S. troops in the country face a strict ban on alcohol, their German comrades are allowed two pints a day.

The stunning statistics reveal that in 2007 German forces in northern Afghanistan drank 1.7million pints of beer and 90,000 bottles of wine.

The troops also downed 896,000 pints of beer in the first six months of this year, the Times reported.

The statistics only add to the embarrassment of the country's federal army, Bundeswehr, after a report earlier this year found troops to be too fat, smoked too much and didn't exercise enough.

It showed they lived on beer and sausages while shunning fruit and vegetables.

The parliamentary report claimed that some 40 per cent of all German army personnel are overweight - a higher percentage than in the civilian population.

At the time Reinhold Robbe, the parliamentary commissioner for the armed forces, stated: 'Plainly put, the soldiers are too fat, exercise too little, and take little care of their diet.'

The Times also reported the damning allegation from a senior officer that Germany is failing in its main mission to train the Afghan police. He descibed the efforts as 'a miserable failure'.

Since 2001, 28 German soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan."
