My belly is getting huge and I know you all love it. And I PROMISE to keep it growing! But I also need to be healthy, so after a huge meal I usally I go to.. DON'T BE SCARED! the GYM! I know OMG, well I work on my arms and then AFTER the GYM I go and get a LIGHT snack to keeep my gut.. and so i can stay strong and healthy!! I'm not scared, I love the gym. Just staying away from the treadmill... feh. Hitting those weights will highlight the gut ;)
